This is my first attempt using a DSLR to shoot Timelapse. I snatched my sisters Canon 450D and borrowed a Kessler Cineslider from a friend. I never had any experiences with DSLR´s before, but i always was fascinated viewing time lapses online. So i decided to do it myself! I learned allot during 2 months of shooting (the weather was terrible most of the time), but i still have to learn more. The flicker-problem was a big one, so i discovered great software to get rid of it.
Most of the shoots were taken with the kit lens (EF-S 18-55mm f3.5), except the illuminated city at the end of the clip. This was taken with the Tokina 11-16mm f2.8., and i love it.
Unfortunately, my district is very boring (Hamburg/Germany). No mountains, light pollution preventing me to shoot many stars and it was very cold. Next time i will start to teach myself a new technique during Summer! Standing 3-4 hours at a low temperature (-10°C/14F) freezes my tails off!

That's wonderful!
